Refund policy

Due to the delicate and intimate nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept product returns, as we are unable to guarantee the qualitative and quantitative integrity of the products, once they have been withdrawn from the customer.

Considering that everyone's personal circumstances are different, you have the right not to accept the order from the courier at the moment the package arrives to you, without opening the package.

If the products arrive damaged as a result of transport or mishandling by couriers or the post office, you have the right to contact us to replace the product with a new one, at no additional cost.
