Where do our products come from?
The brands we provide are produced for the European or American market and are imported from there to Albania, according to European standards which guarantee and preserve the authenticity and quality of the products.
How can i pay?
You can pay cash on delivery or with a bank card, when buying on the web. Every purchase is accompanied by an online invoice when you place the order and a tax coupon when you pick up the package :)
*For orders from Kosova, the payment method is only by card.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Albania is 200L. In Kosova 7€.
When will my order arrive?
Within the city of Tirana, deliveries are made in 1 day, in other cities, 2 days. In Kosovo, 5 to 10 days.
