For orders with a delivery address within Tirana:

90% of orders are delivered the next working day (Monday to Saturday). In special cases during periods of high flow, holidays, or unpredictable events, orders are delivered within two days.

For orders with a delivery address outside Tirana:

Orders placed during official business hours (08:00-16:00, Monday to Friday and 08:00-13:00 on Saturday) are picked up from the post office on the same day and delivered to your address within 2 working days from the moment the order is picked up.
Orders placed outside of business hours on working days (after 16:00 Monday to Friday) will be picked up from the post office the next day and delivered to your address within 1-2 working days from the moment the order is picked up.
Orders placed after 13:00 on Saturday and on Sunday, will be picked up from the post office on Monday and delivered to your address within 1-2 working days from the moment the order is picked up.
